My Mission
My mission is to help kids replace their virtual world with physical activity. Too often kids turn to screens and devices in times of boredom, sadness or stress. I want to introduce running and walking as a new habit, as well as a coping mechanism for kids when going through stressful or difficult times. Whether it is for physical or mental well being, running and walking can have a positive effect on everyone. To encourage kids in my community, I have identified a number of fun and easy routes below. I call my movement Miles For Your Mind!
